Cancellation & rescheduling
Class capacity and materials are prepared in advance. If you cannot attend, contact us as soon as possible at hollywoodblooms1@gmail.com. Cancellations, credits, refunds, or transfers are reviewed by Hollywood Blooms based on timing and circumstances. Square purchases are refunded manually when approved. Third-party voucher purchases are also subject to the voucher provider’s terms. No specific refund or rescheduling outcome is guaranteed until the final launch policy is published.
Participation
This is a recreational, beginner-friendly floral experience, not a professional certification course. Guests must follow the florist’s safety instructions when using floral tools. Guests are responsible for disclosing relevant allergies or accessibility needs before class. A parent or legal guardian should contact us before booking a minor.
Flowers & finished arrangements
Fresh flowers vary with season, quality, and availability. Specific varieties or colors are not guaranteed. Each guest’s finished arrangement will be unique and may differ from promotional photography.
Arrival
Please arrive on time at 7300 West Sunset Boulevard, Unit L, Los Angeles, CA 90046. Final arrival and parking guidance will be emailed before class. We do not guarantee parking. Late arrival may reduce instruction time, and participation may be limited if joining would be unsafe or significantly disrupt the class.
Photography
Guests are welcome to take personal photos and videos. Event photography may occur. Hollywood Blooms will request permission before using an identifiable guest image for marketing, and guests may ask not to be photographed.
Privacy
We collect the contact, booking, voucher, or creator-profile information needed to manage the experience, prevent overbooking, send confirmations and reminders, and respond to inquiries. Direct payments are securely processed by Square; we do not store full card details. Email delivery is handled through Resend. We do not sell personal information. To request access, correction, or deletion, email hollywoodblooms1@gmail.com. We retain records only as long as reasonably necessary for operations, legal obligations, and dispute resolution.
